• Once your reservation is confirmed by KAH, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit paid via bank transfer.
• Final deposit we require 7 days prior to arrival

No-Smoking/No-Alcohol Policy

• To maintain a comfortable and safe environment for all our guests, KAH strictly enforces a no-smoking and no-alcohol policy within the premises. Please be advised of the following guidelines:

No Smoking:

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms, hallways, common areas, and any other indoor facility. We appreciate your cooperation in preserving a smoke-free environment.

No Alcohol:

• The consumption of alcohol is not allowed in public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and other communal spaces.
• Violations of these policies may result in additional charges and, in the case of severe or repeated infractions, could lead to eviction from the premises without a refund.
• We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making KAH a comfortable and welcoming place for all our guests.

Room Availability:

• All reservations are subject to room availability.
• While we strive to fulfill all requests, room assignments are based on availability at the time of check-in.

Rates and Charges:

• Room rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Additional charges, such as taxes, service fees, or incidental expenses, may apply. These will be communicated to you during the booking process.

Cancellation Policy:

• Please be aware of our cancellation policy, which can vary based on the type of reservation. Refer to your booking confirmation for specific details.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges equivalent to the total reservation amount.

Special Requests:

• While we make every effort to accommodate special requests (such as room preferences or additional amenities), these requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

Check-In and Check-Out:

• Check-in time is 2pm, and check-out time is 11am.
• Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Incidentals and Damages:

• Guests are responsible for any charges related to incidental expenses during their stay.
• Any damages to KAH property may result in additional charges.

Changes to Reservations:

• Changes to reservations, including extensions or modifications, are subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments.

Pets:

• Pets are not allowed in the property.

Food in Rooms:

• Food is not to be consumed in the rooms and there is a designated dining space for all guests.

Guest Responsibility:

• Guests are responsible for their own belongings, including cash and valuables.
• KAH cannot guarantee the security of guests’ personal items.
• Guests should obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their valuable items, such as travel insurance that covers personal belongings.

Safety & security:

Please note we provide the following services for your safety and comfort:

• Fire extinguishers
• CCTV outside property
• CCTV in common areas
• Smoke alarms
• Security alarm
• 24-hour security

Internet:

• WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

No Parties Rule:

• For the comfort and safety of all guests, no parties are permitted on the property an any time.

Parking:

• Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Force Majeure:

• KAH is not liable for failure to perform its obligations in the event of acts of nature, government actions, or other circumstances beyond its control.

No Visitors

In order to maintain the safety and security of all our guests, we kindly request that, until further notice, no visitors be allowed. This decision has been made to ensure a peaceful and secure environment for everyone staying at our house.
